WORKPLACE WELLBEING WORKSHOPS

Recent research has shown that there is a significant need for mental health support at work, with both employees and employers agreeing that their job can be a direct challenge to mental health:

  • 90% of employers report an increase in mental health challenges in the workplace since the pandemic.

  • 70% of workers claim their manager has the same impact on their mental health–as their partner or spouse.

  • 60% of employees said their job impacts their mental health more than any other factor in their lives.

However, only 20% of employers in Ireland currently invest in the mental health of their staff, while 80% of staff say they would value workplace mental health support over a higher paying job.
